@ssorbom @PP_BOY_ Banning porn would probably cause a lot of growth in porn over Tor / ActivityPub though. So that’d be a positive that would come from such a situation.

If you had said sugar is not *solely* to blame I might consider that thesis but pretending as though sugar is not a core part of the problem is… an interesting take, which I do not believe.

What are slimemold’s credentials? Do they cite research? Just curious. This non-HTTPs website seems like a dubious source to me. But I might be wrong. That is a cursory judgement.

@kratoz29 Obviously I wrote this from Mastodon though so I still primarily use kbin/Lemmy through mastodon. But when I do pop over to the other Lemmy apps I tend to login through my Beehaw account.

@hsl @NumerousGeorg The iOS app Mlem shows the server as well as the community for each post fwiw. Wefwef doesn’t show this yet I think, would love that feature in Wefwef.

@wumpus @minorsecond Good for availability. Good for redundancy. Largely reduces and or eliminates opportunities for profiteering. Makes individuals more like first class citizens in the web. Long live decentralization and federation.
