I’ve used steel for a long time for the durability, but switched to a brass one for my current job. we have important stainless surfaces that need to stay polished and unmarred.
the only multi tool I need:

in my opinion, “all hat, no cattle” has stronger assonance, and flows better as a phrase. especially with a slight southern USA accent, it has a satisfying cadence
