  • This reminds me of when I was young and could still revel how unhealthy my lifestyle was.

20 years later me and literally all my stoner engineering friends try to move, stretch, eat and fuck as healthy as possible.

Taking things for granted is the greatest luxury possible. Enjoy it because it won’t last.

  • Ok, even though I know this will make no difference to ‘you people’ (sorry just cannot help myself xD).

In this case I choose to use this specific word because it’s so obviously a dogwhistle for right wing extremists that in the context of this meme I think it’s funny, since my actual stance is neither authoritarian or rightwing.

I don’t seriously mean to perpetuate negative stereotypes with regards to people with mental handicaps.

Just as a curiosity, are you by any chance from the US? I just cannot imagine anyone from Europe making such a big deal about a joke like this, let alone use the term ableist.

I guess my brain has just rotted as a result of a few decades of being on the internet. Inside i’m still an edgy teen apparently. No actual offense meant :)

What astonishes me most is that at least half of you are probably highly paid engineers that are debating this on company time instead of using your brainpower for actual problems.

    I like it!

Also I choose spices for instant riches and laser for burning out the eyes of my enemy to solidify my identity as a magician. After that we can finally focus on growing weed and mushrooms because y’all know 5 tanks ain’t gonn last long.

  • Skill - an ability to do an activity or job well, especially because you have practised it

Seeing that almost nobody around me can take proper breaks because of all sorts of habitual factors it does seem like something you have to practise. Also, it’s an activity of actively not focusing on a stressor is still an activity. (Debatable in a tricky zen master way I know, but are you actually a tricky zen master?)

Seems like a skill to me.

  • I see plenty of Empathy in the world, compassion is what we need I think. Empathy ironically makes people egotistical becaause if the feeling they emphesize with is bad they might blame the victom for transmitting them ‘bad vibes’ for instance. Or you might make an unfair decision because it appealed to your emotions. However with compassion you recognize someone is in need of help and try to provide that help, sidestepping all sorts of nasty pitfalls and leaving you a lot chiller.
