I love lemmy so much more.

Not to mention reddit banned me lol but for some reason it felt like a weight was lifted.

Why do you think lemmy hasn’t ‘gotten up there’ yet like reddit?

The only thing that makes me sad about lemmy, is there arnt many posts.

Unless I’m filtering wrong.

Do you guys have any lemmy sub/community suggestions?

What do you think of lemmy?

Porn, hentai, edgy gamers, fascists, China/Russia/communism hate flourishes there. Liberals and conservatives, capitalists, Starbucks and iPhone worshippers are there. Reddit’s userbase is 50% USA, 30% West EU, 10% East and rest of Europe, and the other 10% is rest of world.

Lemmy will never win such a race to the bottom. It should not.

You can already see those hideous racists onto other Lemmy instances like beehaw and sopuli, and onto Lemmy.ml that hate Lemmygrad with a passion.

There is no lack of Western edgy kids on internet that have Twitterati and PornHub type of brains. They just want to sip their CocaCola and munch on their lard burgers and fries and shitpost on the internet, in their dimly lit modern day caves with Marvel or anime women posters.

Perhaps so. We sometimes get blinded by the desire to expand indefinitely, but I’m content with the current activity on lemmy and the slow yet sure growth.

For some reason I am downvoted, but I think I told truth about a lot of snowflakes. And I do not care.

Why did I say the above sentences? Because it is tied into this desire of expansion, of popularity, of needing and seeking internet validation. It is a disgusting parasite like phenomenon that latches onto every possible part of society, the desire to “capitalise” on everything and anything. They say to want to see Lemmy become a consumption platform, but why?

        People do not learn.

You lumped together fascists, liberals, conservatives, and other groups. You’re lumping together a wide variety of people, many of whom mutually despise each other. So yeah, you’re going to get a few downvotes from people that are offended at the comparison.

It’s like lumping together Nazi Germany and the USSR. They both had authoritarian governments and the Nazis were National Socialists. Surely they were practically the same, no?

Yes I lumped them together because that is what the Reddit userbase consists of. Yes I do not care about people that are pissed. Their downvotes change nothing. This is not Reddit karma rat race. This is Lemmy.

Why do you come to defend fascism everytime, pingveno? Do you love Hitler’s grift or something? Or do you intentionally try to hide the fact that Hitler created the Natsoc/Nazi label to get votes from working class and differentiate themselves from monarchist conservatives? Because in reality fascists were always opposite of socialists. The correct term is Nationalist Fascist, or NatFash.

National Socialism is an incorrect word used by NatFashes for obvious purposes, even though national socialism is an oxymoron created by morons.
